1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
• Transit times depend on your shipping method - Express 5-10 / Standard 7-12 / Free Shipping 7-12 

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on package size), UPS, FedEx, and CJPacket to deliver your orders.

⚠️ Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

There is no Hidden charge or membership fee

Standard Shipping :

Handling Time: 1–3 business days
Transit Time: 7–12 business days
Total Delivery Time: 8–15 business days

Express Shipping:

Handling Time: 1–3 business days
Transit Time: 5–10 business days
Total Delivery Time: 6–13 business days

Free Shipping:

Handling Time: 1–3 business days

3. Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping is available for orders $79.99 or more.
• Orders below the minimum will have standard shipping fees calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.
• Hazardous, oversized, or restricted items may not be eligible for shipping.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Customers must provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

6. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
