1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Standard Shipping (7–12 business days) and Express Shipping (5–10 business days) across the USA. Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or via our Track My Order page.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding international shipping soon.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For more details, please see our Refund Policy page.
6. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at support@toolavo.com. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions once your request is approved.
7. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

8. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
