Coverage:

✔ Covers manufacturing defects only.

Does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  

How to Claim:

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@toolavo.com with the following details:

1. Your order number
2. Photos or video showing the defect
3. A short description of the issue

Toolavo will review your claim and provide a resolution.

If approved, you will receive either:

• A replacement product, or
• Store credit of equal value

Important Notes:

• Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Toolavo.com.
• Warranty is void if the product has been modified, misused, or intentionally damaged.
• Toolavo reserves the right to make the final decision regarding warranty claims.
